TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO funny. I have them horrible and have often said that. You MUST get them yourself. You honestly start feeling the heat from the inside out (as opposed to being IN the heat which is outside/in) ---- people who don't have them, don't and won't understand. I turn beat red. I can't take hormones because I have had breast cancer before - I'm not even supposed to take the "natural stuff" -- I had a hysterectomy in my early 30s -- left one ovary -- it finally committed suicide one day and I started hot flashing -- I've had them for MANY years. It's getting old and I freeze the family out.

I think studies have long ago found that spontaneous human combustion does not exist.

Not by itself but if it's part of menopause it sure can--and it's not pretty.
