I have looked at different ones but can't find one with the video camera built into the laptop.

Apple Computer sells two different lines of Laptops with built in cameras.

(Independant Market Survey found that Macs cost about 13% more, but, after 3 years had 50% resale value!).
and, five years later, you'll actually STILL have a resale market for a substantial value! PCs are garbage, after about 3 years!

All the new MAC's have that feature if ya wanna go that way. As far as a PC I do not know.
