Did you fall down when you were pregnant? Or did you GET pregnant? I don't understand the question.
If you just realized you were pregnant, yes, in most cases it is fine to have sex & orgasm. Unless you are in some kind of high risk catagory. (talk to your doc about that)
If you FELL. Go to the hospital. Quit having sex. Immediately.

While pregnant, I was able to have sex all the way until I was about 7 months along, at which point (since I was having twins), there was just no longer a position that could accomidate my stomach.
And to be honest, I enjoyed it a lot more while I was pregnant.

women libido rises up when they are pregnant and can have sex but it is advising to seek the doctors help for some positions during sex. some positions can be harmful to the child, but yet still u can hve sex and hve orgasm normal like when u are not pregnant is just that the vagina fills warm

You can has sex and an orgasm up to about the 9th month of pregnancy. It's kinda hard during that last month.

yes its safe, amd its safe in any position, also. The fetus is surrounded by a giant sack of water, so it is protected from even mini falls.
