In the Spring, Summer and Fall, but, I wouldnt try to do it in the Winter time as it may run you out of house and home, trying to keep it warm enough in energy costs...

Trailers are not known for thier insulation values, (probably and R-4 if that much), so, you will freeze up everything, water lines, toilets and all that, even if you can kep the trailer hot enough with propane, or electric, because those utilities werent made for extremely cold weather..

It is possible. There are plenty of places to put a trailer in Maine. Plenty of Maine-iacs live in trailers. But I hope that trailer is well insulated and heated, because it is cold as a witch's t!t there during the winter.
