If you are referring to America standing up to support Israel in their own fight against terrorism, no, America isn't predominantly Jewish, nor are we "run by Jews". doesn't anyone remember how this got started? Lebanon decided to vote for a government that promised war with Israel and then began carrying that out. So now they are getting a fight and it's "oh, poor Lebanon"... ???? No, just like on a playground, ya shouldn't walk up to the big kid and insult his mommy.... (you also shouldn't kidnap his soldiers) ... I feel sorry for all the innocent people displaced and injured or killed (on both sides), but didn't the Lebanese people think that electing a terrorist government that promised war might be a BAD idea? There's just no reasoning with people when it comes to "America is bad"... It's a fad. Pick on America cuz we have nothing better to do. We didn't have anything to do with Israel and Lebanon going to blows, but why can't we have our opinion? anyone that disagrees with some part of Europe is wrong, I guess.... guess what, everyone? Europe is not the majority in the world. Europe is not automatically enlightened. Just because Europe doesn't stand for anything anymore (except our British friends) doesn't mean Europe is better, just without principles.

Cannot answer the question for sure... but there are an extremely high percentage of jews in positions of power considering their overall population in the US.
