you need to find some one new into your life. If you just sit around doing nothing you will constantly think of her as you are scared to let her go as you and her had a good relationship together. It will happened again if you let it but you have to go and find the right person. It does get easier for you as time goes by and you will be able to do things normally.

So what does where you live have to do with your question?

If you want to forget your girlfriend, stop thinking about her. Every time your mind turns to her, think of some thing else that requires all your concentration.

Get a new girlfriend.

reading the bible always helps me. Be around nice people to have fun with, talk to an older man in your life, one who has been there and happy to talk, maybe see a christian pastor. Ask more questions on Yahoo answers and find nice people to talk with. More time not alone and with others will help. My favorite is to read the bible and pray. Find Jesus and everything will be fine. I'm proud of you for seeking help. God bless you.

If you are 14 this was probally your first. There will be more and then that will happen but don't be surprised if you think of her as you get older!! The first always makes the most impact on us..hang in there!!
