It's HOLLYWOOD, friend. Overall, it probably takes a couple of weeks with lots of people working hard, ordering materials and making sure they can get it all done and camera-ready for the television. I know someone who had their ride "pimped" and with all the additives, they were forced to remove some things because the 'show' does not always follow the laws of the land. Every state has requirements and some of the items they put on and in those vehicles are 'against the law'. They really have to know they CAN pimp your ride before they accept your application.

in order for them to do your car, you have to go to california to get your car pimped.

about 20 minutes..... it is amazing how fast you can work when it is for a tv show!
