The fact that you asked this question at all is very disturbing. Please seek help! The parents do not have anything to say in the matter by the way. The state will prosecute no matter whether there was consent or permission. Laws are there to protect the innocent from the not so innocent. Please seek help!

Are you underage too? That might make a difference. If not then it becomes your responsibility. If you are continuing this relationship I advise you to stop having sex now and wait until you are both of age, or not to start.
A guy I know had a relationship with a 15 year old (he was in his late 20s), this was done (apparently) with the full knowledge of her parents, but, when they broke up, it didnt stop him being charged and found guilty, ending up in jail, and now being on the sex offenders register.

There is not always a jail sentence. It depends on the nature of the case -- however, it is always treated as a felony, and for that you will lose your right to vote, and will be put on the Child Molester websites. Depending on the age difference and the nature of the case, your penalty can range from months of community service to jailtime.

have you ever picked up a newspaper these days?? there is thing thing out there now on the books called forcable touching) one dude in our area got owe around, 5 years for something called forcable-- touching this broad, if you can get nailed for something as screwed up as this think, twiice, about having sex with a minorr, you could be siiting for the next 20- 30 lawyers are just eating this up and runing too the banks, and judges will sew your-- away, think twice long hard fast does she look that good for something you could be siiting in the clink for over 20- 30 years, etc?? dosent mater here if its your first offense or as a registered sex ofender if it ever came too that, you will be stuck in a nebighorhod, where the nebighors can read about you, you are chained downe must register, etc, sound exciting?? think hard fast dude is it all worth the bull??

You certainly should be!!! I'm a guy, so don't think I'm some 50 yr old mother being shocked. If I knew you, I'd kick your butt for having sex with an underage girl and then turn you in. Those laws are in place just for you. They protect kids from non-kids who are stupid and/or sick. It's not just some game, idiot.

I Am 19 Years old going on 20 and I've seen a lot of things down here your better off getting someone your age or 1 year younger or older.

I would think long and hard about how much this girl is worth. You didn't say how young she is, but remember there is a point where it is no longer statutory rape and becomes molestation. Either way, be a man and walk away until she is at least 18, you will all be better off.

YES CAUSE I WAS READING IN THE NEWSPAPER THE OTHER DAY THIS GUY WENT TO JAIL FOR SLEEPING WITH UNDERAGE GIRLS.
