Where can I find shoes with a narrow width???

HELP!!!! I wear a size 10 A in womens and i cannot find shoes in that size anywhere....most narrow width is a size AA, which is too narrow....I am getting backaches and blisters from settling for shoes that are too wide for me. I don't want to wear the ugly grandma loafers you find at specialty shoe stores either....

I have the same problem and Ive found that Italian shoes often come in very narrow widths. Its just a matter of shopping around, try the more upmarket shoe stores, you pay extra but its so worth it, and the shoes are generally of a high quality so you get your monies worth out of them

Puma! Their shoes are very narrow. If female shoes are too narrow, try on male shoes, most of them look fine on girls.
