Color. Although I once had a Friend who mentioned she always dreamt in black and white... except for her nightmares, which were always in color! Egad!

I never dream in black and white. My dreams are always in color and at times very vivid color, for some reason when I am having a significant dream and the feeling is very peaceful, the color blue will appear in the background. It's not an ordinary blue, it is a beautiful shade of royal blue that anyone has ever seen. It's almost majestic.

In color... but I did have a black and white dream once when I was a teenager... I was in a restaurant full of people and I was just wandering aimlessly between the tables for no apparent reason. Odd, right?

Dreams and colors are often dependent on your state of mind. Colors are closely tied to emotions.

I dream in sounds and music and different colors most of the time.
But some dreams are just music and emotions and no imagery. It all depends on what I'm working out while asleep.
