Anyone know how to scan on a computer?

Connect a scanner to your pc, load the required drivers.
Scan your pic into the PC.
Open Word, Import that pic.

If the picture already exists on the system, use the command Insert > Picture > From File to drop it into a Word document. If it's an actual photograph that you want to scan, you need a scanner (and accompanying software) to convert it into a digital format.
