That was pure stream-of-consciousness, I started thinking actively at 'saints' and stopped there.
Now, I can't even remember how 'saints' and 'Utah' are connected. Hmmmmmm...and are the Bonneville Salt Flats really in Utah? I don't think so.
But logically, if I'd said the Eiffel Tower, that would still be correct, because the question only said...
....ooooh, I think I need to lie down. Ain't no more consciousness left in my stream today...
PS - I've never stepped inside North America, so this is a real 'world outsider's' take on Utah...sorry if I don't know much : (

i had a look at the other answers and mine doesn't even come close to any of them! lol
i think of a song from the early 90's! it had a lyric in it which went like this.... UTAH SAINTS, U U U UTAH SAINTS! it was a dance tune.
that will be in my head all day long now. :)
