Yes, many times.
Yahoo suppport team is very co-oparetive with yahoo users. i use to mail them often when ever i gets the problem. They always responses but some times little late.
Here are the few examples of problems i observed and emailed to yahoo support.
- Email not resolving
- My yahoo not resolving
- Sign in problem
- Address book coping
- Some media contect was not able to view
etc....

when i had problems in the past with my email, yahoo support was very helpful, it took them about a day to respond but they did and were able to help me

I got a mail some time back when I reported a login related problem. But the problem got solved itself automatically.

yes, they do reply. However, each time I have contacted them they send the same reply. Along the lines of: "we are aware of this problem, we are working on it, thank you for your patience".
