Yes, matter of fact, I usually work when I'm sick, and use my sick days for fun stuff. Unless I'm really really can't get out of bed or maybe can't leave the bathroom kinda sick. Then I call in.

heck ya! That's why I believe employers should give PERSONAL DAYS instead of sick days. We shouldn't have to pretend we're sick just to do something we need to do, even if it's just "I need a break!" day. We should be able to call in and say Im taking a personal day.

yep...used to be that if we didnt use all our sick days they pay us for it, but now its use em or lose...hell yeah i'm gonna use em

besides, people need mental breaks from time to time!
