i really want to know what unclaimed dividend can be used for because in my country there are millions of unclaimed dividend due to death or change of address

It is used to enrich the bank....
I even know of a country where after 6 month of no-use they used to close your account and pool the money... smart huh?

What can they be used for? I'm not sure this makes sense...but these are funds that were owed but never paid. If you have a valid claim, you can recover these from the proper government entity usually.
You can then use that money for whatever you want.
After a period of time the unclaimed monies usually go into the general fund of the government entity.
