well, i think if you really want to do this then you would loose the weight, i think that with motivation you can do anything. wake up early, do exercise for 1 or 2 hours, eat good breakfast, go for a walk, take a light lunch and do not eat after 6 or 7:30 at night. so i hope this helps. and congratulations
