United States for sure. The United States (like Europe) is resoucefully bankrupt that is why they have ALWAYS relied on the so-called Third World: Africa and the Middle East to take care of it.
96% of the WORLD'S RESOURCES COME FROM AFRICA ALONE. The Middle East is also resourcefully rich. Because the U.S. and Europe are the poorest on the planet, they have colonized the Third World. EVERYTHING comes from the Third World. So for those who said Africa (which is a continent) your ignorance is beyond belief.

A country that promotes war and sets itself up as policeman of the world and is arrogant and insensitive to others is a poor country indeed. The United States comes to mind first and foremost. But I don't think it's the American people but rather the current administration. Bush is the most dangerous person in the world today.
