I adore this Audrey Hepburn's dress by Givenchy. It's not a wedding dress but it's beautiful. I know I will have something similar for my wedding. This isn't exactly what you've discribed, but with some modifications I guess you could just consider it :)

Hi it might be worth you finding a dress maker and having them design it for you because you know what style and colour you want, im getting married next year and i didnt know what i want or colour, but as you know what you want, i would get someone to make it for you, because you will have it made perfectly and after all it is your big day and you only do it once.

I designed my own dress and had it hand made, like you i had a specific idea about what i wanted so i couldnt find one i liked anywhere. It was a reasonable price or at least what you would expect to pay in a shop. God luck xx

sounds like the wedding dress my wife had.
it was just something that she picked up while out hunting for something original. was red velvet & smocked on the bodice.
she looked beautiful, and I'm sure you will too.
unfortunately, we have split & she kept all the photo's.
sorry I can't help you more.

You seem to know what you want, so just head out and find a decent dress maker.
It sounds very Vera Wang

You need to make a drawing of what you want and take it to a fashion designer. It will probably cost a vast amount of money, saying that it sounds gorgeous. Best of luck.
