what is your internet connection speed and what do you say to those connected with 56K with no alternatives.?

I m using sify broadband with 128 kbps

although 56k modem can not provide the 56 k data. hence speed get slow sometime.

but it works.

if u r facing more problem then reinstall ur modem or OS .

I have 3 mbps connection speed. People who can only get dial-up are people i feel sorry for. I had dial-up for the last 8-9 years, and because it was my grandparents letting us use the service, i got like
8 KBps, so it was incredibly slow. If you really want a faster connection speed, try sattelite, but I once heard of something called isdn mode in which you have two modems linked together, giving you fater speeds. But don't hold me to that one.

well at work i have a 3 mb download speed and at home i have 3 mb as well...and as a user of 56 k for about 5 years i can truly understand how hard it must be...
but all i have to say is that you arent the only one and you will always find stuff on da web suitable to tht speed..

people with 56k modems I feel sorry for them but they also piss me off when they try to play counter strike.

my internet connrction speed is 55.6 Kbps. it is narrow band connection. its is low speed old style connection today world have 128KBps or more internet speed.
