No. Even if you were to abstain, you would still get "wet" dreams on occasion. As for ancient times, different cultures and regions had various ways to measure time. What may be listed as 112 yrs could actually be 55 yrs today. As for athletes, they may abstain before contests, but not after. Nevertheless, I don't believe that science knows what causes prostate cancer. Maybe some day they will but until then we're left with lots of possibilities.

Yep, Athletes have to preserve stamina at any cost, and even though they have a general better health than us (because exercise is good) prostate cancer could hit them.
