How can George Bush live with himself, knowing that he has caused so much pain and grief to thousands and thousands of innocent people? And all the deaths? Is he in complete denial? What is your opinion?

Bush has no concern for ordinary people. He is wealthy beyond belief. All he cares about is power and money. But the American people voted him in office with help from his friends who fixed the votes. I'm sure they got compensated very well for that. He don't care who dies because of his actions. I love American, it's a wonderful, great country. It is the gov't that makes people hate us and does terrible things to it's citizens all because of corruption, power and money.

bush isn't a thinker, he's a doer. the problem is, he didn't surround himself with sufficient thinkers to handle that part of his administration.

however:

how much more grief would sadaam(sp) have caused had he been left in power? at one point he turned biological weapons on his own people! while i will admit, the war could have been handled in a more intelligent fashion, i feel that the war was the right thing to do. the UN allowed iraq to push them around for far too long, the war was probably inevitable. better to fight it now before they were prepared to defend themselves than to allow them to gain nuclear weaponry and continue to do as they please.

also:

would you rather deal with terrorist attacks against civilians on american soil, or let soldiers deal with terrorist attacks on foreign soil??

I think you are the one in denial. Your problem isn't so much with President George Bush as it is with the majority of your fellow Americans who don't agree with your views.

Your fellow Americans voted for Bush (I among them and would do so again) and its time for you to move on dot org.

First of all, it must be noted that the people of Iraq experienced far greater suffering under Saddam Hussein than they have as a result of President Bush's policies. When you are dealing with people as pig-headed as the islamofascists, such as Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda, there's going to be suffering, and there's no way to avoid it.

and what about Putin and his war in Czecznia?
what about Saddam and Bin Laden? Or Castro? Are they saints? At least Dubya was elected.

"would you rather deal with terrorist attacks against civilians on american soil, or let soldiers deal with terrorist attacks on foreign soil?? "
quote from above. why is one better than the other? why are american civilian lives valued above foreign civilian lives? Bearing in mind that American soldiers tend to be a tad trigger happy?
