My boss is a nasty, rude, insulting and patronising horrorshow who makes everybody's life hell, and has upset way too many in my company, including me!
It's payback time. I would be interested in getting some top tips on creating psychological hell.

Plany a couple of pounds if C4 in his trunk and a copy of the Quran with Death to America, Death to Israel scribbled repeatedly inside. Then tip off homeland security.

Just be patient & observe his work & I thimk you'll find his drawback on which you can try to make him calm & quite but not in the way he does.
You just use the exact opposite method that he uses while working with the subordinates.

Find another job somewhere else, and when everyone quits, they will know the reason why. I had a building principal for years that was a nightmare...and the district just could not hold on to teachers.

Yeah, it is. I'm sorry, but I think being mature and taking the high road is the best course of action. If you hate your job that much, leave.
By screwing with your boss to make his/her life miserable, you are making yourself no better than he/she is. Do you REALLY want that? This is the working world, not grade school.
Why hasn't he/she been fired if they're really as bad as you say they are?......

Fill his gas tank with water or use a staple gun on all 4 tires. Heck, fill his butthole with water and use teh staple gun on his legs!
