Some interesting choices. I agree with Abbey Road rather than Sgt Pepper's.

Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Coldplay, Beach Boys all good choices but I think choosing Greatest Hit albums is cheating.

I would have to choose Bob Dylan, Blonde on Blonde - its over 70 mins long with a wide range of songs.

The other 2 are a bit tougher, but possibly
Beatles - Abbey Road,
Pink Floyd - The Wall
Again, both long albums with a lot of variety.

I'm going to think about it a bit longer and give the guy I work with a chance to answer.

You can bring an ipod if you want, but its going to run out of power eventually and there's no where to charge it.

1. The White Album by The Beatles. You may think this is cheating a little since it is a double, but I'm gonna chance it since it comes in one package. What a fantastic album. The bonus would be that at least the Beatles would always be there to sing Happy Birthday to me.

2. The Mirror Conspiracy by Thievery Corporation. This is a brilliant downtempo album by two brilliant guys. Smooth sounds all the way through. Tropical Flavours to go with my tropical environment. If I'm stuck here, I might as well enjoy it.

3. The Maria Dimension by The Legendary Pink Dots. It is probably my all-time favourite album. Each song is a trip unto itself.

In choosing these tree albums, I am covering most of the musical genres that I like. I've got pop and rock, a little psychedelia, goth, techno, and downtempo. I'll be able to live quite happy on this desert island just as long as my discs don't get scratched...

1. My wife 2. My 6 year old granddaughter 3. My cat If any of the top 3 didn't want to be stranded with me on a desert island, then I would pick: 1. Raquel Welch 2. Ann Margaret 3. Yvette Mimieux Edit** Hey that's cool Blu! I have been a fan of her since I was in my teen years. I still have posters of all 3 of those lovely ladies. Tell her "hi" from me, ok? lol
