That's a 123 body car made from 1976 to 1985 so any body supply shop will have them. Very common car.

Sedan? depending in what part of the US. Down here in Texas there are cars in the wrecking yards that died from overheating and high miles. Body work still in good shape. If your car has rust thru the fenders, back in the seventys there were lots of nooks and crannys for corrosion to grow undetected. Pull the carpet up and look around the drivers floorboard and if rusty around the ft an back Windshield and back glass there would be no point in restoration. To expensive find a donnor body
