You can never be happy constantly, on the physical plane. It requires supreme spiritual feat to be in an ecstatic state of mind. In the ordinary plane of existence, our happiness level is on a ebb and flow situation. The needs, like hunger, sex etc when fulfilled give us happiness. The expected goals, when achieved give us happiness. It is a continuous ride from want to fulfilment.

What makes me happy is connecting with other people. For example, wanting to know what makes other people happy is something I think about too, so I am happy you asked the question! Does that make sense?

All sorts of things; swimming in the sea on a lovely day, having an ice cold beer after activity on said lovely day, playing computer games, cooking and eating a wonderful meal, a smile from a stranger, a hug from my friend...it goes on and on, the list is endless.

music, rainy days, days when it seems the sun's rays are gold, good grades, getting awards, reading interesting books with no one bothering me, free and lazy days, eating french fries and sundae, daydreaming, gazing at a beautiful landscape, playing RPGs, watching anime, taking my time doing something, times when my family are laughing, etc...
