It's better than 119 but worse than 120.
According to Wiki, in America the distribution of IQs is as follows:
IQ
<75 5%
75-80 20%
90-110 50%
110-125 20%
>125 5%
So that puts you in the top 25%, if you are an American.
To some people you'll be a genius, to others a moron.
I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
You might also be interested in Myers Briggs testing. It's controversial (as are IQ tests) as a means of grading personality but it's also spookily correct!

The median IQ is 100 which is the midrange. An IQ of 80 gets you just out of the retarded range. Mild mentally retarded is about 50 -70; an IQ of 20 - 25 or below is a severely retarded moron or idiot who can't do anything.
Be thankful you can tie your own shoelaces and wipe your own butt because a moron probably would not have a clue about either and would have to be led around on a leash.

It is about the best.
Let me explain.
At 100, you are average. Nothing more.
At 120, you are a bit faster than other. Not genius, but better than 90% of the population. But you are not seen as a nerd or a freak, yet.
At 132, you are better than 98% of the population, and considered very smart. That is the cut-off for Mensa, and trouble begins.
You are doing so much better at school, you are sometimes losing interest, as teacher expalins again to those who have not picked it up yet, but how many times can you stand to hear what you already picked up the first time? Members of the opposite sex do not want to date you because they feel they are uncomfortable around you (and that is because they simply cannot understand you). Stable relationships have to be between people with no more than 20 IQ point difference (some studies have shown that more than that, the smater one is not understood and supported, and the less gifted one is always trying to catch up. The chance of finding a spouse drops quickly when you are very gifted, the rate of divorce is low but that is partly because you have less chance of getting married in the first place).
People will come to you with problems and expect you to solve it for them, and you have no one to turn to to help you solve yours.
At 120 you can run for US president (if you are a US citizen) or try to be the leader of your country and have a actual chance of winning, and be somewhat appreciated. Above that, John Q Public will not recognize himself and do not feel being represented by his leader (a leader can optimally be 20 IQ points above the average of those being led. More than that, and the leader is out of sight, and treated like an alien. Case in point: Jimmy Carter, a nuclear engineer. Compare that with the support that a second rate actor -- Ronald Reagan -- had).
If you are rocket scientist smart, then you can get a very good job, but are unlikely to get promoted, as your boss fears you will over take him. You are always right and they may hate your guts for proving them wrong. You are not a team player and can never be, because the team drags you down. You see the world and feel compelled to make it a better place, and no one gives you the means to really do it. The world is designed for the average person, I mean, look at the instructions on prepared food: put in oven at 400 degree for 30 minutes. CAUTION: IT WILL BE HOT... Duh!
At 120, you are smarter, but can still feel you are part of the team.
You are the most likely to be happy with your life.

A completely "average" IQ is 100. So yes, 120 is okay. It's not a genius IQ but it slightly above average.

An I.Q. of 120 puts someone in the superior range. Someone who scores this high is in the 90th percentile, so just 10% of people are able to achieve an I.Q. score higher than this. Your I.Q. score puts you in good intellectual company, so don't worry about it!
