刘卫士 is the easiest to write, and the closest in pronunciation to the English male name "Lewis". It is pronounced "lee-oh way sure", and the meaning (roughly) would be "Liu", a common Chinese surname, "Wei", clean/pure, and "Shi", soldier, or knight. Hope you like it!

I'm not sure whether you want to know about CS Lewis in particular or Lewis in general as a name. Translations of names may not be always the same either, so here I give the most common versions you'd probably see online.

Normally, Lewis would go as 刘易斯(I typed in actual chinese, read as liu-ee-ss), similar to what would be the chinese translation for Louise. This is mostly a direct, sound-to-sound translation.

CS Lewis, as a more famous christian character, is sometimes translated 鲁易师(read like lu-ee-shh), which looks more like a normal chinese name with a bit more meaning. 鲁 is a chinese surname, 易 is easy, and 师 is a teacher.
