It was shameful. To be guests in someone else's country and abuse your hosts ...
I'm a peaceful person, but those pathetic creatures almost make public birching seem like a good idea ! Or perhaps they could take it in turns to stand on the steps in Germany and apologise to passers-by. if they're not convincing they could face the usual penalties.

it is not a matter of justifying what they have done ,it is also a question of the media hype in the time coming up to the world cup finals, interviewing foreign hooligans who all want to fight with the English supporters is just adding fuel to the fire.all violence is mindless, maybe they should stop selling alcohol to fans. The German Police did a good job at the world cup and it was a shame to see the way their hospitality was abused lets be remembered for winning the cup rather than for being a nation of drunks

Yeah i watched it. It makes me laugh because these hooligans are all about been proud to be British, but to be honest there behaviour makes me ashamed to be British. Why not just enjoy the game instead of acting like total pr!cks

their not real fans, have you noticed that man u, arsenal and most of the top teams don't have what they call top firms. That's because the hooligans can't kick off every week cause they win but the shity little teams get to kick off every week. who r the hooligans going to support.

Its not just the "fans" who cause trouble. Some of the players are just as bad. Football should be banned for a while until they learn how to behave on and off the pitch! (Sorry to all those footy fans)

It was on BBC1 yes ? If so then I saw it. I think it is appauling that we British are so ruthless to other countries. The man who lost his glasses I felt sorry for. And the man who lost his son.
And they all young like 25 year old chavs in Ibiza... so young and ruthless.

i saw part of it, and i must admit it was pretty disgraceful. I mean sometimes you feel proud seeing the passionate british all merrily singing along, showing their patriotism and ther pride, but often times this turns to fights and drunkenness...it shud b stopped before it goes to far most of da time. especially all the fat guys wit ther shirts off :P
