Channel 4's How to Look Good Naked?

Anyone else watching it? I think it's great and every week I vow to go and get measured for a new bra when I see the wonder's he can do.

Would love the Gok Wan treatment but not on TV!!! Any ideas?

If you won't go and get measured, do it yourself.
Measure against your ribcage just under your boobs (leave your bra on if you've got a large bust. And the add 4 inches to this measurement. this is your back size. If it comes in uneven - ie33 or35, go for 34 or 36 respectively.
Then measure around your nipples, this is why you should bra on if you're heavy busted! Each inch above the back size is a cup size.
So you measure 29" under, add 4=33, so try 34.
Then around nips 36, means you are 34B
But when trying on bras also try 32C as cup size is the same.
Materials making the bra can be more or less stretchy than another you tried on!
Infact perhaps you should go to a shop!! Not M&S, as when I ran a very upmarket lingerie shop all the girls who got measured there, were wearing the wrong size!!

I think it is clever how Gok Wan makes people look naked but with clothes on he looks stupid. Mainly because of the hair & glasses.

i take into account his tips as most of them are easy fix ways
a lot of it is just common sense though.

If you want the pampering and photos you could always try one of those glamour shots places otherwise do your own at home and only keep the ones that look good

If you shop at Sefridges or other department stores you can use their staff for personal shopping they can advise on bra fitting etc.
