Don't buy any Suzuki ! My brother and I bought 2 new bikes for a summer vacation. His 1200 Bandit leaked gas and ruined the motor before it got 2000 miles. We asked Suzuki to replace the motor so we could go on vacation.
It took 2 months to get a rep, then he said it’s to expensive and would cost $3000. After 4 months and the vacation gone they got the motor rebuilt at a their cost of $3700. The dealer wanted to replace the motor but Suzuki Rep squashed that.
The gas stained cases and burnt exhaust pipes were not replaced. The bike got nicked and scratched all over from being apart for 6 months. The rep rode it and looked at it, then said it’ good as new. It ran like crap and looked worse.
We called Japan, and even wrote the US CEO all for nothing. We spent $15,000 for the bikes to get ripped off by Suzuki. We spent our vacation hassling with Suzuki, and not one person there gave a damn!
Beware Suzuki’s warranty is not worth the paper it’s on! Buy one of their lemons, get shafted, we did!
I’m a 30 yr garage vet and I know when a rep and a manufacturer have ripped off a customer. This one stinks to high heaven! RUN from buying any Suzuki!
Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki make some good bikes. With what you want for HP a 750 sounds about right on the low end and up to 1200 on the high end!

seek for the BMW club m/cs on your section, an area automobile/bike broker could have the skill to grant you their data, and then touch them and ask if any of the contributors have a bike on the marketplace. For the place you're your appropriate decision is any of the GS sequence, yet dodge the early style 1200's as that they had some issues. between the appropriate so a techniques is the 1150 gs or for much less money the single thousand gs. you isn't disillusioned with a sort of and it will final or an prolonged time and circulate any the place and particularly affordable to maintain even on the dealerships yet could be DIY in the journey that your in to that. Had a million or 2 over the final 2 many years right here interior the united kingdom and in NZ in simple terms around the pond from you, on no account been permit down by using any of them, and as all rounders come, takes some beating. Wait...are you talking about any bike available on the American market, or are you speficially talking about an American Built bike? If the latter is what you're after, I would recommend a Buell for a sport bike or a Victory for a big cruiser. These bikes have been well developed and have good handling, Bhp and fit the limited description you provide. If its just any bike available on the American Market, then there are way to many to recommend until you specify at least a style of bike!

Why stop at 100 bhp? Double your horses at 200bhp with a ZX-14.
Uh oh, Stuperman the cut-n-paster with the same story 100000x is back.

Honda 599 or Suzuki SV650. Both are excellent bikes for the money & have great performance & quality (although the Honda is definitely better quality).
