I'll assume you are asking what should happen in those rare cases where a woman actually tricks their partner, into allowing her to get pregnant, for example deliberatly says she is on birth control where she is not, or in a more extreme and probably only hypothetical case puts pinholes in her partners condoms so she can get pregnant.
Here several different principals of morality and law come into conflict.
The woman clearly violated an agreement, and understanding that the two partners would try to avoid her becoming pregnant.
Normally when someone voilates an agreement they should be be held responsible for their actions.
Contract law would provide for the right of someone to uphold the contract, or at least not have to pay the financial cost that occurs because of the violation of the agreement.
By this theory the man should not be forced to pay the cost of supporting a child.
However two other factors come into play. First, once the woman is pregant, the pregnancy can only be terminated by violating the integrety of her body, and society generally agrees that by and large people should have control over their own bodies.
This principal would dictate that the man would not have a right to force the woman to have an abortion.
It would seem fair however that the man in this circumstance would not have to be forced to support the child once it was born.
However, anothr general moral and legal principal now comes into play. Society says once a child is born the welfare of the child overrides even the rights of parents, so that the man can be forced to provide finanical support for the child, even if he was tricked into becomming a parent.
The results of applying these two principles is that the man who was "tricked" ends up being responsible for supporting a child he didn't want and was tricked into having-- a result which is manefestly "unfair" to the man, who is a victim of deception. .
One could argue that this result is justified because he assumed the risk that his partner would misrepresent that she was on the pill, or could make a mistake in taking it, and could have avoided that risk by using a condom-- and that because there is always a risk of pregnancy when people have sex, people should bear the consequences..
This argument would be harder to make but still possible in the case of deliberate sabatoge of a condom, but even here you could argue that there is always some risk of pregnancy in any sexual intercourse--and society is better off by making it clear that those engaging in sexual conduct will bear the cost of raising any children resulting from it..
Nonethless I think most people would agree that in the situation you hypothesize, the man is getting "screwed"
A more interesting case would be what would happen if a woman stole a man's sperm to become pregnant. Here I'm pretty sure courts would agree that the man would not have to bear any financial responsiblity for raising he child, as he had no voluntary part in contributing to the pregnancy.
He could probably sue for damages, though it is questionable if he could force an abortion.

No, men should not have the right to force an abortion, but if they were tricked into getting a girl pregnant (like the girl "forgetting" to take her pill, or tampering with the condom) then the man should have the right to not be a part of the child's life. Harsh as that sounds, especially when it comes to the well-being of the child, any child deserves to have two parents. One thing that really irritates me is that mean don't have the right to stop an abortion. There have been cases where the man wanted the baby and to raise and provide for the child, but the woman wants an abortion. She can go ahead and go through with an abortion, and to me that seams unfair. The baby belongs to the father too, it's wrong that a woman can go through with an abortion when the man wants to keep the baby, but there are no laws to protect the rights of the father in those cases.

I don't think men should be able to force an abortion upon a woman, because it is her decision of whether she wants this responsibility or not... however if she has been deceitful in becoming pregnant and will not agree to an abortion she should be made to sign a document stating she will not be asking for any child support. I think also that when a woman leaves her husband for another man child support should not be enforced on the father... rather the other guy should shoulder the responsibility of paying to bring up the children. It's only fair and too often the guy gets a raw deal in marriage breakdowns involving children. I have also heard of women that get pregnant to a different guy each time, so she gets several lots of child support... this is wrong and should not be allowed.

I don't think so. If the woman got pregnant, crossing her partner's judgement, she should take care of her child. But in some cases the woman does want the child, even to the extent of not wanting to bother the father with the child at all, so I think the man should not have that power of her body. A man forcing his will on a woman like that would not only be killing the child, as any abortion is (a woman who doesn't realise that, is not very bright), but also a kind of a rape.
As anytime throughout the ages, a father has the option to avoid responsibility of the child, of course. But to force an abortion, not in my opinion.

Absolutely not! Thats not the answer unless you live in China where they force women to have abortions all the time even right before birth. Men should not sleep with women that are untrustworty. Stay away from sleazy women and you won't have this problem. A LADY will never "trick" a man.

That's a tough one. I know it's the woman's body and she's the one that has to go through the pregnancy but at the same time, I definately think men should have a say either way.
But you have to consider that if a man has a right to force an abortion, he should also have the right to force a birth if the woman wanted an abortion.

Study your question carefully. Does anyone have a "right" to do a "wrong" thing. Two wrongs do not make a right. However, I beg to differ with a lot of ecclesiastical authorities on what they consider as "right" when it comes to rape victims. If someone violates a person--the intruder in the lady must be flushed immediately. She didn't consent to be violated. The woman is one of the gardens mentioned in Genesis. Eve voluntarily opened her garden to Satan's demons, exposing the whole world to Satan's personalities. If eve was raped, God would have afforded the same punishment he meted out to Solomon's first child with Bathsheba and prophet Mohammed's first child with Khadija bint Khuwaylid. Involuntarily introduced seeds are not welcome in any garden. Other than that, voluntarily consummation is a three way agreement: the sower, the "sowee" and the owner of the garden--the "ete of life."

Well men can control this themselves by keeping it ing their pants. I agree it is awful for women to "trick" men know that that is a possiblity when they get into bed. They could also use a condom. I think that birth control is each persons responsiblity and men who don't take on that responsibility shouldn't be too shocked when they find themselves paying child support 9 months later.

It is still the woman's body. Do women have the right to force a vasectomy? And anyway...what happened to condoms. If you really want to make sure that your partner won't get pregnant then use protection men!!!

If a man is not willing to take care of a child he shouldn't be playing hide the weenie with the girl. Yes some women do it on purpose but it is not the norm. And any women with a brain should be able to figure out that the man will resent them for it.
