Men don't have rights over what a female does with or in her body.
SOLUTION: If he was "tricked" (which if proven, can land her in jail in some states), he can give up his full rights to the infant when born.
However, when a man and women sleep together. They both are aware of a pregnancy occuring. If she is using protection, he should be too. If he doesn't, that is his own fault on his behalf. If he can't trust her, then he shouldn't be sleeping with her.
If he doesn't want kids, ever. Then either he needs to find a women who is sterile or has no desire for kids (for abortion or adoption) OR he needs to sterilize himself.
If it was alright for males to force abortions. That will open the flood gate for the same thing with females forcing the abortion when the male is the one that "tricked" her into a pregnancy (messed with her b-control, hole in condom or putting it in unwise conditions to weaken the condom etc).
Also to mention about child support. If it went down that road, a male can claim she tricked him just so he can get off on child support when in fact, it was a mutal sex agreement with her at no fault. come on now, we know there is males out there who are jerky enough to do that. I met a few already. Alot of those are the ones who don't pay their child support as is anyhow.
There has to be proof and with out evidence in a crime, their is no way to take her rights away who wants to carry to term.
If she wants to carry to term, she can. Just she will be raising as a single mother if he does not want anything to do with her nor the child. If he doesn't, given up his rights will be a bliss to him.
Society is best to not travel down that dirty road.

.The bible says innocence is the key to heaven An embryo has never committed a sin, and will automatically be accepted into heaven. If a baby is born unwanted it will probably be raised into a life of sin. That is how I feel about abortion. If the mother chooses to keep the child a father does not want he should give up all rights and let the mother decide, I would not have any of my off sprig aborted cause I know I am a good father.
When anserting this question one must ask him self, what if the mother wanted to abort and the father did not?
I do not have an answer for that.
My wife and I have a healthy 6 month old son,
it was a planed pregnacy.

No men should not be able to force someone to have an abortion - this is a surgery and it is not meant to save a life. But if they are tricked and can prove they were tricked, then the woman should have to raise the baby on her own, without any monetary help from the man. This would be like a woman getting invitro and using donor sperm. But the man can never come back and say I want to know my child during the formative years.

I think so. I was just thinking about this yesterday. Someone asked a question about female rape against males and got they get pregnant and then the victim-in this case the male-has to pay child support for the next 18 years. In that case, I think the child should be taken from her, if it is born, but abortion? I stand on uneven ground with the abortion issue. If a man forces an abortion, then any man could go around saying that a female forced herself on him, just so he wouldn't have to deal with the repercussions of unprotected sex, same as some women do today. I'd have to think a little more on that.

Men should not have the right to force abortion. If women tricked her partner that is because the partner was willing to let tricked. However the women should not have the right to force pregnancy because it is more important to be two growing up a child than to be two conceiving him.

Should a man have the right to force a woman to have an abortion after she tricked him into getting her pregnant? Let's see... Does a man have any responsibility for birth control? Does a man have the right to say no to intercourse? If he says no, is it alright for a woman to overpower him and force him to have intercourse with her AND impregnate her? Should every man be made aware that intercourse can result in pregnancy?
Should women have the right to have a man castrated? After all, he is the one that ejaculates into the woman. Half of a pregnancy is directly attributed to male sperm - why they have even proved it! Imagine that!

No men shouldn't have the right to force a woman to do anything, but I also think that if men have to pay child support for the kid (cause it's their kid ) than they should have rights when the woman wants to get an abortion...like they should have a say in the matter( cause it's their kid) and keep the kid themselves when it's born. But I guess it's ok for a woman to have a double standard.NOT

no. but then they shouldn't be made to be responsible for it either. Men can only be tricked if they choose to be.If a man uses a condom EVERY time, regardless of the woman saying she's on the pill or whatever, then there is no chance he can be "tricked" is there? and he won't end up with more than just an unplanned pregnancy.

The criminal quotes? rather actual harm attack Sexual attack (if he enters her physique devoid of her permission) Rape homicide (the toddler) you're able to as properly sue a scientific expert who performs surgical technique on you devoid of your signing a consent form so lord knows what could ensue to a (unqualified) guy or female who finished an abortion against the pregnant female's desires! If a guy commits a criminal offense and an unborn baby dies then that's 2d degree homicide or manslaughter - some thing like that

I don't think they should be able to force an abortion. But if they can prove the woman tricked them, they shouldn't have to support the kid. The child didn't do anything, they shouldn't be the one who has to pay.
