i am trying to find my adopted out half brother. can anyone help me? i dont even know where to start?

Well a good place to start is your mother and finding out what hospital she had him at. when children are adopted the mother has the option to keep her name unknown and if this has happend then you are going to have a really hard time, but the best place to start would be talking to the mother of your half brother, or call an adoption agency and ask them how you could go about it they may not help but its worth a try good luck
