The question is written poorly. Maslow's hierarchy of needs however is a very good tool, for evaluating a persons quality of life. and to assess what a person needs and how they may feel. However it is very flawed. look it up on Wikipedia

You want someone to write you a paper on Humanistic Psychology or something?
You need to research a point like this - not ask it on Yahoo answers, only Psychologists are going to understand what you are asking (His name is not spelt Moslow by the way)

there is something interesting >
when man reaches a certain level of the pyramid he is begginnig the process of self-actualisation. this is the highest level of human needs.
but most of the people don\t get there, they remain stuck somewhere below.
maslow was a behaviorist .and like all behaviorists he ommited some aspects of human personality. sometimes people do not act according to his pyramid. for example artists. some of them might have no home, no friends, even no food. and they still pursue art , they still do what they want to do. well this shows that maslow's theory has some flaws. you have brought up an interesting question. try to be more specific. like ask about some certain motivation or some certain need. hope it helped!

The hierarchy may explain people's behavior by demonstrating that before we move to the next level everything at that level and below has to be completed, firmly and securely in our lives.

Ye this sounds like a poorly worded lazy student approach to getting your work done - dumb it down a bit and you will get more responses. Alternatively go to a library and read something
