I wouldn't see why not...I've seen straight guys at the beach wearing thong speedos..why not underwear?
personally, I don't like g-strings and thongs...no matter how nice your shape is, I think they look nasty.... oh well, whatever floats your boat!

They make both of those type garments for men.. Check out the International Male catalouge. I have to assume that some of the guys buying are straight.
