It's up to you. Don't listen any men advices in this matter please. They never realized women' pain in any situation specially this case. When i had my first baby The doctors said Baby is in good position.. So i am gonna have normal birth Even i was screaming and suffering with a knife point pain for 16 hours. For more than 2 hours they said the baby's head didn't come down..After 16 hours of water bag broken they took me to the C-section. Of course normal birth pain will go with in 2 or 3 days., C-section make scare on our stomach. But so what? As long as You & your baby will be safe that is very important. After that incident i choose c-section for my second one and i removed pelopian tubes at the same time. No more C-section or pain... I can't stand with it anymore....

normal birth is far better for both mother and child, obviously if there are complications, then a c section would be necessary. with a normal birth, the pain can be terrible, but there is pain relief available, and once the baby is out, the pain stops, and within a couple of days all is back to normal and no scars to get infected. A c section is major abdominal surgery, and carries with it lots of complications. The recovery time after a c section can last from 6 weeks plus... think about... up and about in 3 days, or still moving like yuo've been hit like a truck weeks later?

I am a new mom to one (c-section) and the mom to three others - all natural births so I do have some experience on both. My preference would be a natural birth - I felt better after them although the section was not too bad. For the baby, unless there is some reason to get him/her out fast, natural birth is the best. My new baby had to go to NICU for a couple of days since his lungs were "wet" - since he did not go through the birth canal he did not get "squished" to get the fluid out of his lungs. That being said, if there is a medical reason for a section, the safety of the little one is the main way to decide.

I did the normal birth and will ask if I can have a c-section if I ever decide to have another child. I would rather be cut open then push another baby thru that hole

I doubt you have a choice. Doctors rarely do a c-section unless there is a reason for it. Things like breech baby or large baby. The reason for a c-section is when things aren't normal. But if you have a choice they say it is better to have a vaginal birth. I have only experienced this.

Congratulations to you ! Any expert ought to take a while to respond to your questions, there's no such ingredient as a stupid question. I even have 3 toddlers the 1st exchange into born usually, the 2d exchange into an emergency c area and the third usually. So purely because you have one c area does no longer mean which you've got yet another. they ought to video exhibit you thru labour to earnings that the scar is effective yet with any luck you all would be effective.communicate alongside with your beginning companion approximately what you're able to decide for to ensue throughout the beginning and what you to avert. Then communicate to your midwife or gynocologist and notice in case your desires are attainable. lots of the time all human beings will attempt and accomodate your desires, or a minimum of they ought to do.
