I just answered a question about keeping tigers for someone else. You can check out my answer to her. The states where keeping tigers is legal and illegal are listed. Once you know if it is legal in your state or not, you can begin the search on whether or not it is legal in your city and county. For example there are no regulations for the state of Alabama, but if the city says no way, then they are still illegal to own.
Then you can call around to find out about breeding them.But first things first .. finding out if you can even have them where you are located.

Yup...if you keep the animal from young, it shouldn't be a problem. In fact, a couple of Thai monks used their temple as a tiger animal shelter. Their aim was to rescue and protect tigers from poachers. The tigers became so tame they were practically like domestic pets!

You might have an easier time if you live in Florida, they have big cats as domesticated animal laws, you just have to follow the rules of amount land and a few other regulations.

depending on your state laws get in touch with the dept of game and commission ,can also ask you local game warded dept natural resources you need to be licensed and have the enclosure inspected check you local zoning laws i had a Cougar for many years tame but still had his wild instincts could never be 100 % trusted in the long run i wish i Had never done it consider the food source, they eat allot of meats and and often their diet varies bag of billie jac vegetable matter for them big cats 15 bucks in one day GET A PUSSY CAT

you need a licence to keep any sort of dangerous animals, however you need to know the following before taking on the commitment
1. is there a vet near you who will treat it when you need
2.do you know what they eat how much extra
3.do you have the space in your house
4.you need to know there behaviour patterns
5. how to handle and look after them generally

Yes You can my Dear you can breed and keep tiger at house but before that please sharpen your jaws, paws and claws

cut to size the jaws , paws and claws of your tiger dear
