The US is good, I love my home. but I lived in the Tokyo area, and it was great, i don't think I would live in many other Asian countries myself though.

There are wonderful places in America. The University of Texas in Austin is one of my favorites, but each state and region has its own culture and natural beauty. It's really a matter of what you are looking for. Friendly people and a slow pace? Not as friendly people but a hip urban environment? Mountains? Desert? Lakes? Ocean? America has it all. The islands of the Caribbean are amazing. I read earlier today that the Bahamas, Iceland, and Denmark scored in the top 3 in the world on the global happiness scale. America came in at #23, ahead of UK, Germany, Japan, and the poorly scoring France. Austria scored pretty well too. I would just recommend that you work on punctuation and capitalization skills before high school graduation. It will make your college experience much better and add a lot less frustration to your freshman composition classes. Good luck to you!

hmm Asias beautiful though. I always though Africa would probably be nice because the people down there aren't as "fast" as we are. They still treasure every day in life. But countries like Croatia are beautiful as well...the old citys(rovinji) oh or Greece all those little islands.just plain beautiful

No one can tell you where's the best place to live except yourself. You have your own expectations... You know your wants, you know your needs.. you know what you don't want. In short, you know better than anyone where you'd like to live for good.
One advice though: You have to be physically, mentally, emotionally, culturally, and most of all financially ready. If one is not met, then it's not yet time...

It depends on what types of things you like to do. California would be a good place to try out, it has something for everyone.

The US isn't that great at all. Only Americans who have never left it, think IT IS.
