I don't understand. I wash my face twice a day, and not to brag, but I keep excellent care of my skin, yet I still get a cystic pimple/zit a couple times a month.

Is there a way to prevent this?

What can I do about the one I currently have?

try to avoid oily foods....
n also peanuts......

as for the pimples, dry them with alcohol or by using garlic( get a small clove, cut the tip, apply the fluid coming out to the pimple ) P/S: this may sting a little but proves effective on those cystic zits...

Actually, what you really need to stay away is from greasy foods like pizza and junk food as in french fries from fast food restaurants. You can eat chocolate but moderately. Look for an acne solution. Better yet, make an appointment with your doctor or a dermatologist. They know what is best for you and will supply a type of medication and treatment for your acne.

Maybe change your diet. Some food have bad effects on our blood and hormone levels which causes pimples as well. Vitamin C and plenty of water, plus a good hygiene is also important. Make sure you go to the toilet daily to get rid of you-know-what to clean out your stomach as well. Get adequate sleep and stay away from stress.
