my adopted mum and i and her 7 year old son are off for a vacation in mauritius. we are looking for a nice quiet place, not too expensive. a hotel with swimming pool. mostly near the beach. we are willing to spend not more than $100 on a room per night.

Check the local yellow pages on the web and avoid hotels that falls under the: 'Sun Group' ' One and only', 'Naiades Resorts' the rates are quite expensive.
