Unfortunately my English is not good enough for the fashion world. But fortunately, I can give you two links for two different pictures which show you what a boob tube and a bandeau top is.

Not a lot. I think maybe a bandeau top covers a bit more. Boob tubes tend to cover not much more than the boobs but bandeau top would be basically a sleeveless, strapless fitted top which covered over the belly as well.

Where I am located, a boob tube is a television and a bandeau is a woman's garment that looks much like a strapless bikini-top. A tube top covers from the midsection to the breasts.

I think its just a different name for them. Maybe boob tubes show off your belly, but a bandeau top is just a strapless top?
