fact: not all people want to be helped
fact: there are some REALLY scary people out there
fact: there are more disturbed people out there than you think.
fact: a person does feel good when they've really helped someone
fallacy:there are big bucks in the occupation
fallacy: you'll be like kelsey grammer

i was an inturn at UNM mental health dept. for 1.5 years
