get a ladder high enough so your hands are level to the rim when you raise them...then jump off and slam the ball through...i guarantee this will work

I am not sure of this measurement in height. I stand 5 ft. 20 in American. I can dunk. Maybe get a smaller basket. Like are you talking int'l standards or what? My son was dunking when I bought him a really teenie-tiny baby post that stood 4 and 1/2 ft. He was 3 ft. 1. He's 37 now, and plays well in a 30 and over basketball leauge. Standards apply. Try 2 1/2 pound ankle weights like I used in my practice in the 70's.

i dunno how much 180 cm is. but im asian im Laos and im about 5'10 my whole family can dunk your whole hand has to past the rim in order 2 dunk though.its just how you jump. jump on ur tip toe. work out your thy not your calf. just do squat, swim or run upstair or up hill that help alot oh jump ropes also help.
