what is a good shop to buy country clothes?? (eg denim and capris and pleats and all that)

Ouch. First, you hafta get your western wear right. You just insulted half the South. Country does not equal pleats! God help us all. lol If I see a cowboy wearing pleats, it'll be right after the pigs flew out of his backyard.
But, to answer your question, most western clothing stores are privately owned. That I know of, there's not a chain of them...at least not around here. Look in the phonebook under clothing stores and find one listed for western wear. It's hard to tell you where to go cuz I have no idea where you live.

It depends where you live. In Maryland we have Tractor Supply stores that sell country clothes.
