I suggest ensuring you have a male and female pair. A local breeder might do it, or a vet who knows about snakes can, but a vet costs money. Next, about early to mid November, you should begin hibernating them. Turn off all their heating devices. Make sure they haven't eaten anything about two weeks prior to hibernating them. This is to ensure they have difested everything, or it will rot and they can die. The room I use has natural daylight, so they feel the daylight and the temperature drop. I've put a couple of vine snakes under my sink. They hibernated and bred just fine. About Valentines Day, February 14, I turn the heat lamps back on to start them up again. A couple weeks later I try feeding my snakes food items smaller than their diameter. If they eat, a week later I feed them a normal sized meal. My snakes live together year round, so they breed whenever my female becomes active. I suggest you buy a book about that snake. It may not be able to go below a certain temperature when hibernating because it might get sick. It will also help with seeing if it's gravid and egg-laying. If nothing else, a book on pythons can help.

Most reptiles need to brumate (their own version of "hibernation," a period of reduced activity and feeding, brought on by a drop in temp and photoperiod) to go through their breeding cycle. The methods for captive brumation vary from animal to animal, so I would research your particular species thoroughly before trying it, because if done wrong it can occasionally harm the snakes.

i assume they are adults and both healthy with no reason to assume they are unable to reproduce. I also assume you have them in ideal surroundings. it might be worth getting vet to check out your breeding pair too. you don't say if they are mating or not reproducing successfully the first indicates envirnmental prob the second a prob with the snakes. breeding is triggered in wild by the seasons so try adjusting conditions to this (thats secret of getting anything to breed).
