Possible Spyware,Malware,Virus or Worm.
Make sure you have anti virus:
AVG Free:
www.grisoft.com
Spyware Removal Ad-Adware:
www.lavasoftusa.com
Sypware Removal 2 Spybot Search and Destroy:
www.safer-networking.org
Spyware Blaster (Stops Spyware Entering your computer):
www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
Download and run all of these on your computer, if these come up with nothing check the microsoft website.
Make sure you have all windows updates.

Check the typing. This is not found on Microsoft's web site. Go to www.microsoft.com and type in the search box and choose all Microsoft. The number is more likely to be 0x07be65ed with zeros instead of lower case "o". Unfortunately that doesn't appear either.

this is a computer virus which comes in the form of a vb script program attached to a breif e-mail message,also known as a ""funner" virus
a.v.p (anti-virus programs) that can delete this virus are
f-secure(http://www.f-secure.com/)
norton(http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/index.jsp)
avg(http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/)
run any of these but i recommend f-secure as it has the most recent defenitions
