I have Chinese Students with MBA and PhD; they work with me very hard. In reality, I prepare many of my students to go to England, Canada, and America. I even teach children from four years of age all the way to students who are even medical doctors. I even teach TOEIC.

It all depends on where you live. It would be easier if you lived in an English speaking country...
1. Find a tutor
2. Listen to English language music and watch English language television - a lot is in training the ear to the sounds of the language
3: Find a group either in a school or a church that gathers to practice English
4: Find ways to conduct as much business as possible in English
5: There is a program called Rosetta stone that is audio/visual. It is supposed to help learn languages.
Depending on your current level, being fluent in 2-3 months might be an unreasonable goal. At least be sure you can discuss your work if that's what you want the language skills for. You don't need to learn how to order food in a restaurant, unless you think a future boss will want to take you out... LOL.

Spend fifteen minutes a day reading aloud into a recording device. A novel, a newspaper, magazine articles, anything written in English. Get comfortable hearing yourself speak English. It doesn't hurt to sit or stand in front of a mirror. There are two things you do with your recording - A) play it back to yourself, does it sound o-k? Is anything off? and B) have an English speaker critique for you, more than one so you get various viewpoints & tips. READING aloud fifteen minutes a day is your best low cost method. The other is obvious, get English speaking friends who like to chat either in person or on the phone. Did you know that Ham Radio enthusiasts are often people learning new languages. Good look. Peace.

Simple. Do everything fun in English, read comics, fun books, listen to English music u like, watch as much as English movies and possible, play games, computer games or board games like Scrabble, crossword puzzles. Pick up girls and speak English. Be bold. Don't fear of mistakes, just try not to repeat the same mistakes. Remember, speaking and reading is different. Learn how to speak instead of how to read. Talk to yourself in English, pretend ur very good in English even though you haven't mastered it. Imagination is a power. Be friendly with people in your profession even though ur position is higher than them, let them know you're learning English and getting better. They might even help u, it's nothing embarrassing to learn a language. It's really fun if you can manipulate the way u think. Good luck mate! ;-)

first things first leave Ur ***** Lang behind at home. try to b with ppl who speak English not Hinglish or Malayalam or Tamil.
Take up a English speakin course at good institute when they really know to speak in English.
Don't try to mix Lang's while speakin English like Northies or Bobayites or Mallus.
Hope u wil b successful if u do all this right.
PPL think mixin n talkin in English is style but its Dumb cause u ain't good in speakin a single Lang properly.
Try watchin telivision like BBC so u can pick it up right. or even English movie DVD's with Sub titles on in English if u dont follow exactly.
I dint say 2 watch a English Pron movi with sub titles it wont help ya.

talk to english speaking people and don't be affraid to use the language...
it's important that you just speak, no matter if it is right or wrong. people usually understand it anyway...
we all make mistakes - lucky you if it is only in the language...

Simple.
Listen to the BBC
Speak the language as much as you can. If you dont have anyone to practice it with, talk to yourself. And compare how you sound to how the BBC people sound. And always keep open to new vocabulary and their meanings, and practice them.Good luck!!
