calm down people. I think this is a great opportunity for you and your sister bound together a bit closer. Talk with her. Talk about sex, pregnancies, condom and the pile. Tell her how important and special is the first time and that it only happens once. Tell her your experience and what you enjoyed and regret.
Tell her that there's time - lots of time. Tell her that she owns her own body and she needs to take good care of it (and enjoy it).

He shouldn't touch her anywhere except hold her around her waist. When she is older then she'll know. But for now, that should be enough. Your sister is a very smart girl to ask and you're a great person for giving her the confidence to talk to you.

She should not involve herself in dating and sex until she is quite matured for it both mentally and physically. But if she has developed a liking for being with the oppsite sex persons then she can just enjoy kissing and hugging!

Just like Kanga said. Neck and up ONLY!!! She can touch his hand and arm and no further for either one. She's 14 and first date-- that's plenty far enough. Both should be only kissing anyways at this age.

ummm 14years old? sorry i dont think she should be touching anything but holding hands. tooo young dear, but if you ask ill say. I doesnt matter unless you feel ok with it, if he respects you and doesnt confuse you in anyways.your ok.
