You can download videos from youtube by going to www.keepvid.com , put the link in, save and end it "name.flv" you have to put .flv or it won't work and then you can download the flv player for it if you just want to watch the videos.
If you want to change the format and put it on your ipod or something like that, then you're going to have to go to download.com and download cinemaforge (it's free and can format to wmv, mpeg, etc. so it's really good)

i have never heard of youtube.com but everything that you open or download on your computer gets saved to a temporary folder so before you delete it go into it and save it.

If you have a name you might be able to but I don't think you can actually download and save them to your computer.
