first it is use by advertisement on sex videos and so many others where we can think what kind of job they have,the advertiser and the model.For me it's not healthy for the reason that it is not the intake but it is the exhaust panel where the excess elements goes out.if you like you can try but think about it after you did it.then think again if you want to do it again.......exhaust remember....

There is nothing in it for females but men may enjoy it. Supposedly it stimulates the prostate gland and this makes an orgasm for some men and of course the man doing it gets off. I tend to think men that want anal sex with women have latent homosexual tendencies though I can understand wanting to try it one time out of curiosity. I think any straight real man would prefer a vagina.
The health issues are the same as regular sex plus feces. It is dangerous to do it without protection for any couple and you can't safely do any other type of sex after (no oral or vaginal) because it is likely to spread infection from the fecal residue in the anus.

anal sex can be ok long as you take precautions, one of the first things you may want to do is douche, this removes any residue from the area, if you have never tried this before maybe lay back and try it yourself, with your finger, using a water based lube and some people will only do it using a surgical glove.
Remember to discuss this with your partner and GO AT YOUR PACE NOT HIS, if it hurts or is uncomfortable stop take a breather relax then try again, always use condoms and water based lubricant.
As well as all the nasty germ that can be caught from the anal area it is an extremely sensitive area and can tear and bleed if not done properly or without care.

I can't see why there would be any health issues with anal sex, other then the same health issues as any kind of sex, which is STD's (sexually transmitted diseases). In my opinion anal sex is like any other sexual action some people like it, some don't.

No health issues other than those that would be associated with vaginal sex.
I've both given and taken (my then gf with a strap-on... I'm not gay), but it's not really something that I find particularly sexy. It's probably worth giving it a try, just to see if you like it (some people really enjoy it). You'll need a good lubricant though. KY is obviously good, but olive oil or massage oil works nearly as well.
Like I said, it's not something I find particularly sexy, but you won't know whether you do or not until you do it.

As long as you use a condom, I don't foresee any health issues. Don't use oil as a lubricant, the condom will quickly deteriorate & split. I know it's very difficult the first time but the female (or the person taking it ;) ) has to really relax & bear down on the penis .

If your gonna take part in anul sex then make sure a strong condom is worn like durex extra and use a WATER based lube like durex play.
Plenty of health issues, even more so than virginal sex! aids, clap, gonerah and the list goes on...........

Umm I'd say.. if you're eager to catch a quick STD to experiment... screw the condom...and of course screw the backside! umm the girl I don't really feel sorry for...but it's the guy with the STD... how do you think AIDS came to this country and started in the first place? Is can tear open the walls of your anus leaving it vulnerable to infections. But being a male, I've never had something up there. That wasn't supposed to be there anyway. So my advice is go ahead and try it... But don't post it on the internet like you just did. Unless your a porn star, in that case knock yourself out.
